Why start with an assessment?
Because most AI implementations fail from building the wrong thing first. We spend 2–3 weeks understanding your actual constraints before recommending a solution. This avoids expensive mistakes.
How do you handle human oversight in AI systems?
Every system we build has explicit escalation rules defined before it goes live. For high-stakes decisions — large contracts, sensitive client issues, legal language — AI prepares the work and routes to your team for final approval before anything is sent or processed. For high-volume routine tasks, AI acts autonomously but your team can review any decision in the audit log. Both modes keep humans appropriately in control. Nothing critical executes without a human having a clear path to review or override it.
How long before we see results?
