Prospect list building uses Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator with filters for ICP criteria including industry, employee count, technology stack (via Builtwith), job title, and seniority. Enrichment adds LinkedIn profile data, recent company news, and mutual connections or interests as personalization signals. Outreach sends via your existing email infrastructure (Gmail, Outlook, or a dedicated sending domain) through a sequencing platform (Instantly, Smartlead, or Mailshake). First-touch messages are individually generated using a structured personalization prompt: one sentence specific to the prospect, one sentence about the pain you solve, one sentence with social proof relevant to their industry, and a single low-friction CTA. Follow-up sequences run at day 3, day 7, and day 14 with content variations (a case study, a different angle, and a final break-up message). Replies route to a Slack channel with full context: all prior messages, the prospect's enrichment profile, and a suggested response from the AI for the human closer to review and edit. Domain health is monitored daily with automatic warm-up rotation across sending domains. Sending volume scales from 50 to 500 prospects per day depending on domain health and reply rates.
