The Content Multiplication Factory
Turns one idea into a week of content automatically
How It Works
A core message, recording, or piece of source content enters the factory. An AI content engine transforms it into multiple formats optimized for different channels: LinkedIn posts, email newsletter sections, short-form video scripts, and long-form blog content. A human brand reviewer checks each output for voice, accuracy, and brand alignment before any content publishes. Nothing goes out without approval.
Step-by-Step Flow
Define your content pillars and brand voice guidelines
Input a core message, recording, or key insight as the source
AI content engine generates channel-specific variants
Human brand reviewer edits and approves each piece
Approved content queued for scheduled publishing
Performance data fed back to inform next week's content strategy
Best For
- Marketing teams of 1–3 who struggle to maintain consistent content output
- Founder-led businesses where the insights exist but there's no time to write
- Companies that need to be present on 2+ channels consistently
This is customized for your business.

Implementation Notes
Source content is submitted via a form, a Slack command, or a direct Google Doc or Notion link. The content engine parses the source and extracts core claims, key data points, and narrative structure before generating variants. Output formats are configurable: LinkedIn posts at 150 to 300 words with hook, insight, and CTA; email newsletter sections at 200 to 400 words with a subject line suggestion; short-form video scripts in 60 to 90 second format with hook, three points, and CTA; and long-form blog drafts at 800 to 1200 words with H2 structure. Each variant is generated with a separate AI call using format-specific prompting to prevent generic output across channels. Brand review happens via a Notion approval board or a Slack channel where content posts with approve or reject reaction tracking. Approved content queues in Buffer, Hootsuite, or your email platform via API. Publishing data including views, clicks, and replies is pulled back weekly and summarized to inform the next content selection. Prerequisites: a written brand voice guide of at least 300 words and defined publishing channels with API access.
