Implementation Notes

Ad platform integrations connect via official APIs: Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, LinkedIn Marketing API, and TikTok Ads API. Performance data pull runs on a weekly cadence (configurable) pulling the prior 7-day window and comparing to a rolling 28-day baseline for each active ad and ad set. The analysis layer applies three filters: performance classification (ads in the top quartile of ROAS or CTR for their format are tagged as winning angles), decay detection (ads that were top performers but have declined more than 30 percent over 2 or more weeks are flagged for retirement), and structural extraction (the winning ads are parsed for shared structural elements: headline length, hook type, CTA phrasing, emotional versus rational framing, and proof point format). The generation agent takes the extracted winning structures and produces 5 to 10 new variations per winning angle, adapting for each connected channel's format requirements: image ad copy, video script hooks, carousel headline sequences, and search headlines. Output is a structured creative brief with the variation copy, channel target, and the winning pattern it is based on. The human creative review step uses a simple approval interface in Notion, Google Sheets, or a custom Airtable view: approve, edit, or reject each variation with optional notes. Approved variations push to ad platforms via the respective APIs into a designated testing campaign structure. Performance data from the new variations enters the next weekly analysis cycle automatically, closing the loop. Prerequisites: API access to at least one ad platform with 4 or more weeks of performance data, a defined creative taxonomy or willingness to develop one during setup, and a human reviewer to approve creative before launch.
