How It Works

The Full Outbound Engine deploys four coordinated AI agents: a Research Agent that builds and enriches prospect lists continuously, a Copy Agent that writes personalized first-touch and follow-up messages, a Sequence Agent that manages timing and delivery across all active prospects, and a Response Agent that classifies replies and routes qualified conversations to a human closer. The agents operate autonomously within defined parameters; humans see only qualified conversations and weekly performance summaries.

Step-by-Step Flow

1

Define your ICP, outreach volume, and qualification criteria

2

Research Agent begins building and enriching the prospect queue

3

Copy Agent generates personalized outreach for each enriched prospect

4

Sequence Agent manages send timing, follow-ups, and reply monitoring

5

Response Agent classifies all replies and escalates qualified conversations

6

Human closer handles qualified conversations; system learns from outcomes

Best For

  • B2B companies ready to scale outbound without proportionally scaling headcount
  • Sales teams where the bottleneck is prospecting volume, not closing ability
  • Companies with a proven ICP and message who want to dramatically expand their reach

This is customized for your business.

Every node, tool, and logic path shown here gets adapted to your team structure, your CRM, and your existing workflows. What you see is the proven pattern. What we build together is built specifically for you.

Implementation Notes

Built on a multi-agent framework (OpenAI Agents SDK or LangGraph) with four specialized agents coordinated via a central orchestrator. The Research Agent queries Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for ICP-matched prospects, enriches each via Clearbit or Harmonic, and monitors for buying signals using news and job posting APIs. The Copy Agent uses structured prompting to generate personalized outreach: one signal-specific personalization line, one pain point statement, one proof point relevant to the prospect's industry, and a single low-friction CTA. Agent-to-agent context passes as structured JSON via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), ensuring each agent has the full prospect context without redundant API calls. The Sequence Agent manages send timing via Instantly or Smartlead API, maintaining domain health through staggered sending volumes and daily inbox warm checks. The Response Agent classifies all replies as: out of office (auto-handles requeue), positive (routes to human closer via Slack with full context), negative (marks do-not-contact), or ambiguous (routes to human for classification). Bounded autonomy limits: the Research Agent cannot exceed a defined daily prospect cap, the Copy Agent cannot send without a personalization signal verified, and the Sequence Agent pauses sending if domain reply rates drop below a configurable threshold. Full audit trail maintained per prospect across all agent interactions. Prerequisites: validated ICP with at least five qualifying criteria, dedicated sending infrastructure with domain warm-up completed, and a human closer available to handle qualified replies within 4 business hours.
