Implementation Notes
Triggers on CRM deal stage change or a new contact tagged as ICP. Compatible with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Close via webhook or polling API. Signal sources include LinkedIn Sales Navigator (job changes, company news), Crunchbase or Harmonic (funding rounds), Builtwith or Datanyze (technology stack changes), and RSS or news monitoring via Exa or Perplexity search. The research agent runs sequential API calls: first enriches company data via Clearbit or Apollo, then pulls recent news, then generates talking points as structured JSON with fields for pain hypothesis, signal summary, and suggested opener. Output is written back to the CRM as a note and surfaced in a Slack message to the assigned rep with approve or skip buttons. If approved, the outreach message is queued in your email sequencing tool (Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot Sequences) for the rep's send confirmation. Signal scoring improves through a feedback loop: approved outreach gets weight increases, skipped leads get down-weighted. Average API cost per enriched lead runs $0.08 to $0.22 depending on data sources used. Prerequisites: a defined ICP with at least three qualifying fields in your CRM and a target account list of 50 or more companies.
