Implementation Notes

Lead source integrations connect via webhook or native CRM trigger: HubSpot forms, Typeform, Gravity Forms, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms, and chat platforms including Intercom and Drift. Enrichment runs immediately on lead arrival via Apollo or Clearbit to append company size, industry, title, and technology signals. The qualification model scores on four dimensions: source intent weight (e.g. pricing page form scores higher than newsletter signup), enrichment fit score against your ICP definition, form response analysis for buying signals, and historical conversion rate by source and segment. Leads scoring above the hot threshold (configurable, default 75 out of 100) trigger two simultaneous actions: an AI-drafted personalized response email sent within 90 seconds, and a Slack or SMS alert to the assigned rep with the lead card including score breakdown, enrichment data, and suggested opener. Leads scoring in the warm range (default 40 to 74) enter a behavior-triggered nurture sequence in your email platform. The AI response for hot leads is generated using a prompt template that incorporates the lead's specific form answers, company context, and the page they converted on, producing a response that references their stated need specifically rather than a generic acknowledgment. Response quality is maintained by a human-in-the-loop approval option that can be toggled on for any lead segment. Prerequisites: at least one connected lead source with webhook support, a CRM for lead storage, and an email platform for sequence execution.
